1930’s Chinese woven lidded basket featuring a geometric pattern on the top of the lid. These baskets were often used to store tea, bridal gifts, or other storage, and became popular imports to the United States between 1880 and the 1930s.
This piece is 11” diameter and in wonderful condition. I’ve included an image of this basket stacked with another similar piece also available as it’s how I’ve displayed them in my space.
